Make a script and a concept on any one of the following theme:

1. Difficult customers – should be filled with tension, conflict, anger but the problem has to be resolved

2. Grumpy and abusive senior citizen and PWDs – tension, conflict, anger and even threat, but the problem has to be resolved

3. Impossible, erroneous or violative prescriptions – inquisitive, yet filled with tension, but the problem has to be resolved

4. Fake S2 no. of prescriber and outdated Rx for a regulated drug – inquisitive, tension-filled, guilt on the part of the patient, threatening; the problem need not be resolved

5. Doctor/prescription shopping for a prohibited drug – guilt-ridden inquisitive, tension; problem need not be resolved

6. Patients threatens pharmacists for not prescribing azithromycin 500mg for his tonsillitis because patient did not present with prescription – tension filled, dramatic, threatening, vulgar at some points, problem need not be resolved

Each dramatization should be good for a maximum of 5 minutes.
