Incision was 2.5 cm long between the cephalic vein and distal part of the forearm and the radial artery. Vein was identified and dissected and then artery identified and dissection. the vein was clipped distally, fashioned to size and shape and arteriotomy created in distal radial artery and end to end anastomosis was performed.
