Using information regarding fitness prescription and testing from both lecture and lab, design an exercise program for the patient incorporating aspects of physical fitness (flexibility, aerobic conditioning, muscle strength/muscle endurance). The purpose is to design a program for each of these aspects. DO NOT use circuit training as the method of training for strength and aerobic capacity since we are looking for you to be able to design individual types of exercise programming.
