The purpose of this assignment is to examine some of the incidents in which healthcare data has been leaked and to explore the punishments imposed. 

Assignment: Choose one incident that has been investigated and punished by the ONC’s Office of Civil Rights.  Give a brief description of the offense and then a brief description of what punishment was imposed.  Lastly, I want you to comment on whether you agree or disagree with the punishment and what you feel the punishment should have been if you disagree with the punishment given.
