We would also need to look into her severance package and compare it to others to see if it was unjust. Lastly I do believe we need to look at her medical bills, and doctors files to see about the physical and emotional damages.
As for methods of discovery I would use a few. I would use deposition. In which I would interview Mrs. Bennett about what accord. I would interview Mr. Black would about the statements he made to Mrs. Bennett, and the reason for her termination. I would then interview Mrs. Andy about the statements that she made to Mrs. Bennett as well. I would also interview other employees who may have witness Mrs. Andy and Mr. Backwood behavior. I would request for the production of documents. To see what was listed as the reason she was fired, and the documents on her severance package along with other ex-employees severance packages for compression. Lastly a request for physical and mental examination to get information to see if Mrs. Bernett’s claims of Physical and metal damages is valid.
