5. (3% OF THE GRADE)- The operations and policy assignment was concise, with full attention to detail, and was free of errors.
6. (2% OF THE GRADE)- APA GUIDELINES- The operation and policy assignment was fully formatted according to APA guidelines, and it included correct APA citations for all resources.
