He is also feeling the stress of not being able to provide PPE (personal protective equipment) needed for the employees to protect themselves. In an effort to relieve some of his stress, Doug logged into his personal Twitter account and began badmouthing his organization, ECPI Medical Center. He was sharing his thoughts on how poorly he feels the entire situation is being handled, and that employees do not have the PPE needed to safely conduct their jobs. He even took it one step further and made a derogatory remark about the CEO and a recent public health announcement which was made on television.
