The sixthday of my RLE, Before we start the day with a morning prayer. the endorsement was done. I was assigned with the same three patients. To get their vital signs. The right after I was done getting vital signs with my three patients. Plot the results on the patient chart. And be back before lunch to get their inputs and outputs. and I take notes for some important details about my pt. for the physical assessment and some meds for the drug study.. and in the afternoon I monitored the vitals of the three patients. And the staff nurse that is assigned allowed us to observe how to administer Medications..how to compute the meds and some medical machines. The overall experience of the duty was unforgettable and I’ve learned a lot.
