A design and development shop of roughly 10 workers
A sales and marketing unit of 75 workers
A purchasing department of 25 workers
A manufacturing unit of 200 workers
A shipping and fulfillment unit of 100 workers
A quality-control and customer service unit of 50 workers
A premises maintenance unit of 25 workers
An IT (technology) unit of 15 workers
ABC, Inc. desires:
To ensure the retention of top quality employees in all operational units
To avoid turnover of personnel
To establish protocols, guides and training for all employees
To provide flexibility for ABC during seasonal downturns in the demand for its products
