Being a small, independent bookstore, they never advertised outside of Minneapolis. However, Amaze-on had a growing number of regular orders from California. So much so, that orders from California represented 10% of their gross revenues and 7% of total orders. Amaze-on used a cloud-based solution for its website whose servers were in California. Amaze-on bookstore sold a book to a California customer (CC) which was the wrong edition and in poor, rather than the good condition promised. CC paid $1750 and wants her money back. CC wants to sue and naturally prefers to get the hometown advantage by suing in California. AB sends a buyer to a show in California once per year to purchase rare books which fit within the scope of what their clients are likely to buy. Address the following:
