Over the past seven weeks, you have learned many things about communication. Now, it is time to create a personal plan to improve your communication both for business and personal use. As you develop this assignment, look critically at how you currently communicate. You may want to ask others to help you evaluate your communication style. Look for your strengths and weaknesses. For this assignment:
Develop a 2–3 page paper that walks the reader through your improvement plan, using information that you have learned from your textbook, websites, and other scholarly resources
Look at the communication process and begin a discussion with the reader, as if the person knows nothing about great communication.
Detail ways to enhance your communication, which will make you more successful in business and daily life.
Include recommendations for yourself on how you can implement this plan and the expected results.
