Inspirational Motivation: Transformational leaders have the ability to motivate and inspire followers
Individualized Consideration: Transformational leaders demonstrate genuine concern for the needs and feelings of followers which bring out the best in each individual
Intellectual Stimulation: Transformational leaders challenge followers to be innovative and creative
Reflect on someone who you feel is a transformational leader, who also is well-known in your country/culture. Consider the following four questions:
How does this person serve as a role model?
How do they inspire a team with a shared vision?
How do they demonstrate genuine concern for others?
How do they challenge others to be innovative and creative?
