Would you like to work for one of Canada’s #1 companies? Most of us would answer yes.

Earls Restaurants Ltd.  Was included in the listing of Canada’s Best Employers in 2017.  What led to this honour? Some of the reasons were as follows:

• Restaurant employees receive at least 24 hours of training every year; the company’s Red Seal apprenticeship program pays the full cost of knives, books, and technical culinary training.

• All workers can participate in leadership or personal development courses

• Company awards include food-and -wine tours to destinations such as Japan, Bordeaux in France and California’s Napa Valley.
