A blog describing the factors that can contribute to employee well-being. Last week, you described the importance of mental health and well-being at work, this week you will go more in-depth and explain what can affect individuals, well-being.
Remember: Your job is to address the topic as thoroughly as possible, while also being concise and engaging. You want your blog to contain accurate information for the readers, as well as be interesting and fun so that you can maintain their interest.

Examine the social, environmental, and individual determinants of health and wellbeing.
The role that individuals’ health habits and behaviors (e.g., sleep, good nutrition, exercise, etc.), needs, and motivation play in employee and workplace health.
How the changing nature of work and workforce demographics can affect employee health and mental wellbeing.
How organizational structure and management styles affect employee health and wellbeing.
A theory of organizational change, employee engagement, and motivation and how it can be applied to enhance workplace health and wellbeing.

At least 3 cited sources, with at least 1 being a scholarly journal article
