1. your impressions of the reading and what the ideas led you to think about;

2. the main thesis in the reading

3. two-three passages to discuss with the class. I expect you to pose critical thinking questions on the passages you choose to discuss;

4. explain why you chose the cultural artifact;

5.critically explore and connect the artifact to the reading;

6. ) discuss how you think the discussion went (e.g. what went well and what could you do differently next time).
