Self-Concept
According to our textbooks, extroverts typically are “people who are outgoing, talkative, energetic, sociable, and assertive” (Organizational Behavior: Emerging Knowledge, Global Reality. 2020 pg.48). Based upon this definition I would more than likely say that my personality does not fit within this model of the big five. I would more than likely describe myself as an introvert due to regard to my social life. When I assert myself in a team or organization that has a role, I tend to become more extroverted and voice my opinions more than I would within a social setting. I believe that it is critical to understand your strengths and weaknesses my weakness is my introverted tendencies and obsession with not voicing my opinion in case it is wrong, as I have become more acquainted with the business world through experiences “Leadership calls for the ability to work well with people, communicate with stakeholders, participate in and lead meetings, and often public speaking.” (Farrell, M. 2017). I have come to understand that we are all the same and we all make mistakes. A verse that came to me during this discussion that gives me strength is Isaiah 41:10 “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (English Standard Bible. 2001). Throughout my professional career, I have learned there are traits from both extroverts and introverts that we should all adopt, extroverts can sometimes have the tendency to be too energetic and that can put off others, while introverts can sometimes make a conversation awkward by their lack of speaking. This is important within the business world as gauging conversations becomes more and more critical.

Self-Assessment: How Do You Cope With Stressful Situations?
Most people experience stress in their daily life, whether at work or staying at home. People can relieve stress and receive more stress depending on how they deal with and resolve the stressful situation. Looking at the results of my Self-Assessment, Problem Solving, Social Support, and Avoidance are high, but Blaming Others is average. I have experience working in the HR team at a well-known law firm in Korea, where I reported issues that were not being solved efficiently to my supervisor, and resolved the issues so that things could go smoothly. I also relieved stress that things were not going smoothly by reporting to my superiors and actively seeking guidance from others. A healthy lifestyle and physical health are effective ways to manage stress (McShane & Ann, 2015). Traveling is the only way for me to relieve stress. Traveling is a way to relieve stress for many people, but there is a difficulty in setting aside time. However, even if I only go on a short trip to the area where I live, my stress is quickly relieved. Finally, rather than blaming the person who caused the problem, it’s more important to figure out how to fix it.
Discussion
Stress is often the cause of many diseases. That’s why it’s so important to manage and relieve stress. Stress damages not only physical health but also emotional balance (Robinson et al., 2021). If there is no pressure or stress in the organization, performance may decrease, whereas if pressure or stress in the organization is induced, it will inevitably have a negative effect on performance. That’s why moderate pressure and stress management can have a positive impact. Some ways to relieve stress include moving, spending quality time with people who are safe and understanding you, making time for fun and relaxation, managing your time, and maintaining a balance with a healthy lifestyle. There is (Robinson et al., 2021). By managing and relieving stress, company members will be able to do better in the company and solve many problems rather than avoiding problems and blaming others.
Biblical Integration
Psalm 34:18 says: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” God knows our fierceness. When we experience stress and suffering, God wants to come close to us and help us. But it is up to us to humble ourselves and offer our reward to Him. Whenever we have a difficult time, if we turn to Jesus in prayer for help, he is always ready to help us.
