Findings: AP and lateral views of the right tibia and fibula compared to the previous scan from initial injury three weeks ago.

The cortical irregularity at the proximal metaphysis of the fibula now has disruption of the cortex and a band of sclerosis with mild periosteal reaction consistent with healing fracture.  No displacement of angulation. Postsurgical changes at the ankle are stable.
