Select a population health challenge in a topical area.

Identify the different populations affected by this topic.

Use data from a data source provided to inform strategies to address the challenge.

Apply the data and analysis from the literature in a transformative way that is literature-based. In other words, this is not meant to be merely an exercise in researching the literature. Instead, you must demonstrate innovative, novel, unique thinking.

Provide an economic model to justify your approach and use of technology and data sources to address this challenge. How do you sustain and justify it?

Submit your Topical Area and population selection to your Instructor with a rationale of why you chose this topical area and population. You will then receive feedback you can use as you continue to work on your Final Project.

Please save your Assignment using the naming convention “WK5Assgn2+last name+first initial.(extension)” as the name.

Click the Week 5 Assignment 2 Rubric to review the Grading Criteria for the Assignment.

Click the Week 5 Assignment 2 link. You will also be able to “View Rubric” for grading criteria from this area.

Next, from the Attach File area, click on the Browse My Computer button. Find the document you saved as “WK5Assgn2+last name+first initial.(extension)” and click Open.

If applicable: From the Plagiarism Tools area, click the checkbox for I agree to submit my paper(s) to the Global Reference Database.

Click on the Submit button to complete your submission.
