Choosing a career as a health practitioner is a major decision. Identifying the types of people with whom you want to interact, the types of work that are of interest to you, and where your passion is in the field can help direct you to one area of health over another.

This assignment surrounds careers in population health. Most likely, as you began this program you explored careers in the field of health; but here, consider how your initial expectations of careers and your own skills might have transformed as you became more familiar with leadership aspects in population health. It is always a good idea to reexamine your skills and gaps as you gain knowledge in your chosen field.
