Working from home is a genuine idea that can be a saver for workers and for companies. First, for workers, they are not anymore forced to hit the traffic every morning and evening, they can save on gas on car insurance, and most importantly on time, a worker can save a few hours every day to do other obligations, to take care of kids, to read a magazine or do laundry.
Second, companies don’t have to build these headquarters that cost them millions of dollars, they can save that money to spend it on other projects. They can save some money and add it to employees’ salaries at the end of the year. Which can improve their lives

I agree that after this pandemic era, it’s time to do things in a different way, but not radically different because a lot of people like myself are good when following clear rules at work, rules make life sometimes easier.

This concept can work in US companies if they are willing to take care of people and make them a priority and not just a tool to become richer.

The new ways can be learned at a first age at school or at home, but first parents and teachers should understand the new concept and believe in its efficiency.
