2-Did your speech come to a closure and offered the audience a suggestion of what to do with the information you just provided them with?
Presentation:
1-Did you avoid using jargon/slang?
2-Did you use descriptive language (words and expressions that appeal to the senses such as taste, touch, sight, smell, and sound)?
3- How was your posture/ body movement?
4- Did you have any hand gestures?
5-Did you established and maintained consistent eye contact with the audience? In other words, did you look into the eyes of individual audience members and held contact?
6-was your pace slow, moderate, or fast? and how did it help or take away from your speech.
7-Was your tone (the feeling or mood expressed in your voice) appropriate for your topic? In other words, did your tone express a feeling or mood of happiness, enthusiasm, excitement, appreciation, admiration, sadness,
etc…
8-Did you use your pitch (how low or high your voice is) appropriately to demonstrate enthusiasm, excitement, concern, and dedication to your topic? Or was your pitch monotone?
9-Was your volume appropriate for everyone in the audience to hear? In other words, did you use a quiet voice or a loud voice?
10-Did you incorporate any pauses in your speech? In other words, did you incorporate short pauses after every sentence, and longer pauses at the ends of paragraphs to give yourself time to think and for your audience to grasp your ideas more effectively ?
