At the beginning of the semester, you were asked to seek out an activity that will enhance your career development goals. Please review the assignment, "Make a Plan to Work with Career Services" if you can't remember what you chose. For this assignment, you will reflect on that experience in three paragraphs (4-6 sentences each) using the following framework:

1. What?

Please describe the activity you completed. Tell me what it was (including specific content taught or covered), when it was, where it was, who led it, and how long it lasted. Also include why you chose this specific activity, and what your intended outcome was.

2. So what?

Move from description to analysis here, where you share the impact of the experience. What did you learn (as opposed to what was covered), and how was information meaningful to you? You can include any of the following sentence starters:

• I changed my attitude about
• I am more aware of
• I was surprised about
• I felt
• I related to
• I empathized with

3. Now what?

Now that you have had this experience, tell me what’s next. What questions are left unanswered? How will you proceed? Is there someone else you should speak with about the topic (if so, who), or another workshop to attend (if so, which one)? What is your game plan from here? Be specific. Do NOT just say “It’s time to graduate now.”
