Value chain is the method of gaining a competitive advantage which a company can beat their competitors. In terms of its real goal, Ibelieve the major purpose of the supply chain is to enhance desire fiilfillment inside the marketplace with rapid reactive modifications. One goal would be to remain alert at all times to address any possible gaps or obstacles that may arise within the linked system as a result of demand spikes or external factors like the current outbreak.
