Toronto Police Officer and that he was found guilty of misconduct under the Police Services Act.

He stated that he was suspended for seven calendar days without pay for the aforementioned

misconduct. When the Law Society investigated the misconduct, they alleged that they found one

additional conviction where Malcolm had been found guilty by the Toronto Police Service and was

dismissed. Malcolm denies that he has knowledge of the additional conviction or that he was
