She is not a scholar and her tuition is 28k in peso. Your work is a vendor who has 10k weekly income and your wife is a housewife. State why did you afford to send her in a private university despite of having a insufficient money. Your eldest son is not working anymore and can’t support to share for the needs of your daughter expenses in school and you’re borrowing money to other people and you have a sibling who can share just for a min time because you are struggling. How can you convince them to grant the SPES to your daughter?
