One of the assailants places a pistol on X’s neck and tells X, “I will not use this as long as you cooperate.”  X is moved into the unlocked closet. The assailants quickly search the room and flee with X’s wallet and cell phone. X finally is freed ten minutes later when the resident of a nearby room hearing shouting and what seemed like a struggle calla hotel security. The defendants admit to being legally  responsible for the robbery although deny that they were responsible for kidnapping? Was X kidnapped when forced into  the unlocked closet during the robbery (2 points)? Was X falsely imprisoned when moved into the closet although it was unlocked(1 points)?
