At trial Y claims that during Y’s “sexual interaction” with X that Y told X that Y “had to get home, and wanted X to “to end this” and “that Y did not  enjoy this at all.” X  admits that X heard these statements although X claims that  these statements are the “typical ‘no’ means ‘yes’ statements that X hears all the time. X claims that any reasonable person would understand that “no” means “yes” under these circumstances. Did Y withdraw Y’s consent as a matter of law?
