Mineral Identification Lab In this lab, you will identify unknown minerals by their physical properties. To get started, printout the worksheet or fill it using Excel. 3) Go to https://omg.georockme.com/unknown-samples
4) Click on the first mineral and run tests virtually. You will need to scroll all the way to the bottom and play each of the videos to complete all tests.
5) Record your results and make your best effort to identify the minerals. There are nine unknowns including one unknown for extra credit.
