your current role is a senior hospitality supervisor and is asked to review the organisation’s procedures for recruitment,selection and induction of a facilities manager.the aim is to update the operational responsibilities of all future facilities managers employed by the organisation. your job is to produce a report and distribute to all your fellow supervisors to be discussed at the forth coming organisational meeting .the report should focus on the following:
