Week 7 Capstone Project

Details:

This assignment comprises two sections: a preliminary literature review and an action item checklist.

Preliminary Literature Review:

1. Contains a minimum of 10 scholarly, peer-reviewed research articles.
2. Each article needs to be thoroughly summarized. The summary must describe the relevance of the article, and how the research findings support the action you are proposing in your capstone project.
3. Each article summary needs to include a research design and methods section.
4. The capstone project requires a comprehensive literature review that includes a minimum of 25 articles; 10 article summaries will be written in HCA-620 and can be applied in HCA-699.

Action Item Checklist:

The Action Item Checklist should include specific future steps required to complete your capstone project as well as expected completion dates.

Operational plan helps to decide that whether the new schemes or new products will be successful or not, whether the product must be launch or not. All these questions can be answered while making an operational plan. In order to make the operational plan successful it is really necessary that all the resources must be available in the organization. All these things must be available in the organization. Operational plan also help us to know that how much investment an organization can make. These are the information that must be considered and include in the operational plan so that the organization can have a good amount of profit.

Discussion 2:-

Whenever a businessman is starting a new business or any company is launching their new product so before this, they must have a plan and different strategies that have to be looked. They have to consultant with the heads, to make sure what type of investment they have to make whether it have to be large or small (Robert Half, 2014). There are many different things that have to be considered before starting the business or launching the new product. This is the same process that have to be followed in order to start the medical practice. There are multiple things that must be considered before starting their own practice. First of all, the practitioner must seek advice from different people like from different doctors, accountants and legal advisors. In order to start their own practice, a person must have small investment and a proper business plan in order to be successful. The practitioners must have other qualified members and workers that can help the practitioner to run the organization. Accountant, software developer, business planner and many other people that need to be included to run the organization. The practices must be upgraded and new for the people.
