INTRODUCTION
In this task, you will complete the Curriculum Proposal you began in C946. Specifically, you will complete the following sections: executive summary, proposal implementation phase, proposal evaluation phase, and conclusion. You will describe, analyze, and justify the content of these deliverables to complete your finished Curriculum Proposal. You developed several deliverables during your Clinical Practice Experience required to pass assessment EKP3 and FOP3 in this course. Prompt E lists each of the deliverables you submitted in FOP3 that you will include in this task for evaluation of their content. You must submit and pass
REQUIREMENTS
Your submission must be your original work. No more than a combined total of 30% of the submission and no more than a 10% match to any one individual source can be directly quoted or closely paraphrased from sources, even if cited correctly. The originality report that is provided when you submit your task can be used as a guide.
You must use the rubric to direct the creation of your submission because it provides detailed criteria that will be used to evaluate your work. Each requirement below may be evaluated by more than one rubric aspect. The rubric aspect titles may contain hyperlinks to relevant portions of the course.
Tasks may not be submitted as cloud links, such as links to Google Docs, Google Slides, OneDrive, etc., unless specified in the task requirements. All other submissions must be file types that are uploaded and submitted as attachments (e.g., .docx, .pdf, .ppt).
A. Complete the “Proposal Implementation Planning Phase” section of your curriculum proposal (continue using the attached “Curriculum Proposal Template” from C946) by doing the following:
1. Describe the human, financial, and technology resources needed to implement the course.
2. Describe the procedures that will precede full implementation, including each of the following:
• each stakeholder that will be involved in the procedure and a rationale for each stakeholder’s inclusion (do not include actual names)
• the process for gathering feedback on the new course developed or course content changes
• the process for editing and improving the new course or course content changes based on stakeholder feedback
3. Describe the faculty training plan that will support course implementation including the academic setting, knowledge and skills required, and relevance of the faculty training plan to implementing the course.
4. Describe potential technical problems that could prevent students from accessing or completing the course and how those problems will be mitigated. Consider online learning management systems, wifi access, and how the learning resource aligns with the academic setting and instructional format (e.g., online, on ground, or hybrid course).
B. Complete the “Proposal Evaluation Planning Phase” section of your curriculum proposal by doing the following:
1. Describe the procedures you used to determine course performance metrics (KPIs and benchmark) and why you chose them.
2. Describe the procedures you used to develop the 10-item end-of-course (EOC) student survey, including independent and collaborative strategies used.
a. Analyze how your 10-item EOC survey will yield information on each of the following:
• instructor performance
• learning materials/resources
• learning management system/technology usability and usefulness
• assessments and assignments
• social learning/peer collaboration
• overall satisfaction with the course
3. Describe the formative evaluation plan, including process, tasks, and stakeholders, that will be used to monitor whether the course is meeting student and instructor needs.
C. Complete the “Conclusion” section of your curriculum proposal including a brief summary of each of the following:
• rationale and purpose of the proposal
• how the proposal will fill the identified curriculum gap or need
• importance of implementing the proposal (impact of the new course or course redesign on curriculum, students, and faculty)
• new insights and creative approaches used to meet the curriculum gap or need
how the proposed course will benefit the diverse learning styles in the student population of your clinical/practice experience (CPE) academic setting
• how the proposed course aligns with and contributes to nursing education (students as practitioners of tomorrow) and nursing as a science and profession
D. Complete the “Executive Summary” section of your curriculum proposal by summarizing key points from
each of the five ADDIE phases described in your proposal, using no more than five sentences for each phase. Maximum page limit is two pages.
E. Include each of the following deliverables from your CPE in your curriculum proposal. They will be evaluated for competency. Label each attachment sequentially as a separate table, figure or appendix after the references and refer to each in your text as needed.

• 10-item EOC student survey (Appendix D)
F. Incorporate the following components of APA style and formatting in your paper:
• bias-free language
• APA-specific rules regarding verb tense, voice, and perspective
• a title page and headers
• in-text citations and references
• APA-specific formatting rules for margins, spacing, numbering, and indentation for the title page and main body of your paper, including headers, bulleted and numbered lists, and tables and figures
G. Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission
