By September 20th, | will have aided in developing an effective volleyball practice plan to be put into use for my players to follow and perform.
a) For starters, | will analyze my teams’ strengths and weakness such as their skill work, endurance, and coachability
b) Next, | will get together with the other coaches and talk about specific drills that will benefit the players.
c) Lastly, gathering all the information from the coaches meeting and displaying it for the players to execute in practice
By October 15th, | will have experience of budgeting travel expenses, meals, and gear arrangements.
a) | will send out different places to eat and give them a specific amount they can spend.
b) | will have the players send their sizes for gear.
c) | will call and find out hotel rates and bus rates for traveling
By November 18th, | will be learning about the recruiting process for upcoming prospect athletes, and gain knowledge on NCAA rules
a) | will sit in on meetings with the coaches to watch film and discuss how the potential athlete would benefit
this program.
b) | will meet with compliance to go over the NCAA handbook
