There is a trend toward including patients on committees and boards, and the garnering of positive feedback is a primary component in pay-for-performance programs that utilize patient satisfaction data to distribute incentives to employees. In this assignment, you will describe what you believe the current academic research indicates is the ideal feedback group for a health care organization.
