This week’s  Research and Presentation assignment focuses on creating a competency model analysis.

Guidelines

The weekly reading describes the creation and use of competency models for two positions.

Select two volunteers from the team to interview about their current jobs.

The team should gather data from the interviews to develop competency models for these two positions.

**only ONE team member should submit on behalf of the group

Each team should do the following.

Part 1: Research Paper

Create a one- to the two-page analysis of the competencies for each position. Submit it as a Word document.

Part 2: Narrated PowerPoint Presentation

Create a two- to four-slide narrated PowerPoint presentation that presents the material from the paper. This will be submitted with Part 1.
