Write a 350- to 525-word summary. Your summary should:

• Identify the type of facility you selected

• Identify the location where your facility will be built (state>city>neighborhood).

• Describe services to be offered at the facility.

• Describe regional demographics and of the patients who are projected to use the facility

• Describe the facility type’s role in the area’s health care industry. Include competition and anticipated referral patterns

• Describe key physical structural characteristics of the facility

• Use and cite the Hayward textbook and at least one other credible scholarly reference, using proper APA formatting for citation and reference listing.
