Select one of the health promotion or health belief models identified in chapter 7 of your textbook and apply it to a situation you’ve experienced in assisting a patient to change an unhealthy behavior or health practice.

Choose one health indicator from the list of initiatives in Healthy People 2020 that you believe is important to the health of Americans providing your rationale for its importance. Suggest additional strategies to deal with this issue or preventative measures that can be taken to promote better management of this health issue.
