PsySecure is a local IT company providing cyber threat response and analysis services. This business has grown quite substantially in the last few years, but recently PsySecure’s clients have complained about both about the efficiency and the effectiveness of the services provided. PsySecure is out of compliance with numerous service level agreements, and the quality of its services is in decline. The CSO of PsySecure was directed by the CEO and Board of Directors to reverse the trends by correcting the problems. However, the CSO does not know how big the problems are and why they are occurring.
The CSO assigns the tasks associated with changing service efficiency and the effectiveness to you.
