Incomprehensible reports, vague information, a tendency to be somewhat paternalistic and to become offended when questioned have long been the norm. How must healthcare organizations modify the way they do business in order to adapt to this new reality, and what are the consequences of a failure to adapt, especially with regard to delivery of usable information to patients?
DQ2 What commercially available app or gadget have you discovered originally intended for some purpose other than healthcare that may be useful in healthcare?
