COMPONENTS:

Organize your proposal into four sections:

Introduction/Background: Provide a description of the wellness writing practice, including relevant facts and background information from quality sources. (1-1.5 pages)

Personal connection/Rationale: Describe why you are interested in exploring this technique, citing your own wellness questions and needs. You may reference your HWPL dashboard or other personal wellness-related topics in this section. (1-1.5 pages)

Method: During unit two, you will experiment with this wellness writing practice. Establish a three-day protocol for your self-study. The protocol should include your process (What will you do? When? And for how long? Etc.) and your reflective/analytical approach (How will you assess the results of your study?). (1 page)

Annotated bibliography: Using web searches and the research strategies described in Library 101Links to an external site., locate three or more quality sources on a your wellness writing practice. One or more sources should be scholarly. Organize the sources into proper APA 7th edition (Links to an external site.) format and list them alphabetically. Following each citation, include a 200-word description and short analysis of each source using guidelines in Bullock’s chapter on annotated bibliographies
