Identify your chosen organization’s planning and decision making strategies.
State and explain the components of organizational strategy and identify your chosen organization’s various organizational strategies.
Write an 1100 to 1150 word paper where you analyze your chosen organization’s planning and decision and organizational strategies. Give some detail describing how your organization’s planning, decision, and organizational strategies are used to give your chosen organization a competitive advantage. Be sure to point out any issues that you believe need to be addressed. Suggest possible solutions to address any issues.
