Develop a presentation proposing an organization development initiative at an organization with which you are familiar. You are required to do extensive interviews (via phone, zoom, etc.) within the organization to gather the information necessary for your proposal.

This proposal should be grounded in the current and historical literature on organization development theory and practice. It should reflect a critical analysis of the existing situation and potential strategies for improvement. It should demonstrate the ability to synthesize and apply organization development theory to future development. The project should include the use of the model(s) and the change model steps for managing change, assessment, implementation /intervention, and evaluation appropriate to the context. Develop a comprehensive budget for the project.
