The Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex, the Carmen E. Turner Maintenance Facility, the Landover Metrobus Division of WMATA, the Giant Food Corporate Office, the Giant Food Corporate Plant, the National Harmony Memorial Park Cemetery, and the Ardwick Industrial Park are also located there. Cargo trains, Amtrak train lines, and WMATA Metrorail's Orange Line from New Carrollton to Vienna, as well as MARC train lines to BWI Light Rail Station and Washington D.C. Union Station. There is also, the Prince George’s Community College in the community. |

The community is littered with very good housing and places of residency. It comprises of single and multifamily residence, also there are apartment complexes located in strategic locations around the community. |

The Prince Georges Hospital Centre formally called. It was moved to another location called Largo Center and is now called Maryland Teaching Hospital Center Largo. There where Trash Bins outside, some police cars and doors and windows where all closed with woods. |
Parks and Recreational Areas Are there play areas for children and adults? Are they safe and maintained? Is there a Community Center? Who uses them?

Yes, there are play areas for the children and for adults, people always come here for birthday parties also. It is very safe and well maintained. There is no community center. The residents in the area make use of the park and people who do not live in the community are also allowed to the park. |

Around busy times, the roadways are quite congested. On Landover Road, you can see individuals of many colors and ethnicities walking, at service stations, and filling up their vehicles with fuel. On the weekends, there are many things going on in the community. Additionally, certain individuals rent the facility for events where children play at the park, adults cook dinners on grills, guests enjoy music, activities, and particularly gaming. |
Stores What stores (grocery, retail, drug, dry cleaning, etc.) are in the area? How do residents travel to them?

The community have a shopping complex that serves it. There is food, clothing, hardware, home goods, and pet stores. |
Transportation How do most people get around the area? Is there public transportation? If so what kind and does it appear to be used? Who uses it? What is the condition of the streets, roads, highways?

Most people get around via Buses, Trains, and their personal car. Yes, there is public transportation, and it is functioning. The road that leads to the entrance is currently under construction, but the main road is in great condition. |
Communication Is there evidence of local and national newspapers to other media? Are there informational posters on streets, busses, billboards, etc.?

There are telephone companies and it does cover both local and international calls. |

This is an Express Care/Urgent Care center. It serves both far and near communities. It has several medical professionals and offices inside that can serve for emergencies, if needs be patients can be transported to the hospital. |

The major industries are interiors and exteriors trim for building houses. The reason for this is because the community is developing. Housing constructions is a continuous activity. The occupations are Customer services, Transporters, deliveries, Renovators, Production and pick-up personnel. Also, storage facilities litters the community. |

There is a fire station location in this community. There are evidences of police in the area but they have scattered locations, no centralized location. |
