In this mini project you will be creating a small database application in MS Access

(or any other SQL platform of your choosing) that could be of use to you in another project or your

personal life. You may work in groups of two or on your own. The overall requirements of the project

are:

 It must utilize multiple tables with defined relationships.

 It must utilize multiple queries to perform its function(s).

 It must include at least one form for user interface.

This project will involve multiple deliverables and due dates:

Part 1: Project Proposal: 1 – 2 paragraphs defining the project you intend to build |

Part 2: Table and Relationship Definitions, at least one working query: Screen shots of your table

and relationship structure from MS Access with additional commentary describing the

purpose of the tables and relationships, screen shot of the design view of your query with
