It is broadly defined as a learning process within organizations that involves the interaction of individual and collective (group, organizational, and inter-organizational) levels of analysis and leads to achieving an organization’s goals (Popava-Nowak and Csen, 2015).

- Critically analyze action research as a viable approach to undertaking organizational research and how organizational research, in general, and action research, in particular, contribute to better organizational decision-making.
