- At the start of the course, would you have rated yourself as an amateur in cross-cultural relations, as an expert, or somewhere in the middle? Please explain.
- Which components of the course this semester provided the most impactful learning experiences for you? You may choose from among lecture notes, reading assignments, assessments, Wiki assignment, and/or Discussion Board. - List three concepts or terms you gleaned from the readings and lecture notes this semester that you found most interesting. Explain each of the three concepts based on your understanding of it and share how each applies to you in your cross-cultural work and ministry.
- List and discuss two subjects or concepts in the course this semester that challenged your thinking about cross-cultural ministry. Share what your view was on these topics or concepts prior to the class and discuss what your views are presently.
- Reflect one or two stories of missionaries on the field that inspired you this semester. They may be stories shared in lecture notes, readings, or your own personal research. What godly traits, characteristics, attitudes, or skills in the lives of these missionaries do you admire or seek to emulate? ( you can find two online)
- Evaluate your cultural intelligence now that you have come to the end of the semester. Would you say you have advanced moderately, significantly, or minimally in the areas of knowledge CQ, interpretive CQ, perseverance CQ, and behavioral CQ?
