In the case at hand, the duration of the project has been shortened while maintaining the same goal, which obviously calls for a greater amount of time spent working than is typical. It is necessary for employees to put in extra hours. This information would be conveyed face-to-face to the recipient. At this point, you should communicate, motivate, and accept any feedback that has been given. The steps that are mentioned below are options that can be utilized in order to motivate employees in the scenario that has been presented.
When the project goal needs to be accomplished in a relatively short amount of time, it is necessary to have creative ideas and innovative solutions. In order to foster a culture of innovation and creative thinking at work, we must first establish a no-blame policy. In the event that anything goes wrong, both managers and workers will reflect on what went wrong and make adjustments to the procedure for the next iteration.
Engage in conversation with the staff members who are experiencing stress as a result of the high volume of work. Instead of working over them, you should work alongside them. Demonstrate to them that there is always someone who is prepared to support and assist them with any work-related issues they may be facing.
