Using the definitions from your literature review, alongside other appropriate concepts taken from

this course and your own research, provide a critical appraisal of the programme and portfolio

management systems and processes in your current place of work (or a workplace you are familiar

with).

You must provide:

• A brief introduction to the situation you will be using for your critical appraisal.
• A Gap Analysis: an assessment of the current programme and portfolio management systems and

processes, in relation of the theories and methodologies from this module

• Recommendatons for Improvement: a proposal for the ‘future-state’ of the programme and

portfolio management systems and processes, including a change management plan

You may choose to use diagrams and process maps. Remember, all theories, concepts and

methodologies MUST be properly referenced.

– I have the material to read from (must read documents from where we are going to know how to start our research/ analysis) and videos.

– we have to have outline and it will be a live track assignment, so I need a feedback on daily basis in order to not re-do the work and save time.-charts, tables, and process images are requried.
