You should be able to cover this in two to three pages, at most. Make sure you double space your work, cite If necessary, and attach an APA formatted title page.

3. What are some skills (at least five) that can be used while maintaining your composure during a negotiation. Example: Take a mental break. Think about what is good. Temporarily distance yourself from the discussion so that you will not react with emotion. 1. PART 2: Consider a problem/issue (effect) in your place of work or any organization you may be part of. After an introduction to your paper, (no more than 1 page) give a clear, detailed background to the main issue for which you will be developing a cause and effect diagram (fishbone).Develop major categories (minimum 6) of possible causes with at least two sub causes under each category. To get to possible sub-causes ask why five times. Make sure the issue (effect) is at the head of the fish. After your diagram is complete, insert it into your paper, analyze and prioritize the causes and sub-causes that you have presented.
