Find an article on the www that gives some information you can use to assess an organization’s business strategy – in other words, an article that allows you to place the company in one of the four “generic business strategies” boxes described in the video, and to assess one or more resources/capabilities the company intends to have that pass the four tests of “sustainable competitive advantage.”

• Which of the four “generic business strategies” is the company aiming for?
• Pinpoint one resource/capability the company seems to be aiming for that has a chance of passing the four tests of sustainable competitive advantage. Has the company successfully built one or more resources/capabilities that seems to, or has a chance to, pass the four tests?

In your write-up, include a www link to the article/story you are writing about.

Guideline: approximately 300 words (equates to approximately one page, double-spaced)

Attached is two documents. I am not sure if they are examples but they were attached to the folder. The link for the video is a lecture video for a better explanation.Already completed about 4 of these and seeing how the professor grades as long as we cover 300 words and semi sound like we know what we are talking about we will be fine.
