*Watch the Informative Presentation that you were assigned, and take close notes as you do.

*Read section 6.5 of the text closely. The authors cover ten (10) strategies for being an “effective listener when the goal is to connect with another person and/or help them through a difficult time.”
*Then, share a story from your personal experience in which a good listener helped you through a difficult time. As you do, make sure to cite at least three (3) of the strategies. Tell us how that “good listener” used the strategies described in the text.
